Menya Hidamari

This is a really unique tasting ramen, a flavor I haven’t experienced yet in Tokyo. The meat is really tender and the noodles have a distinct, delicious taste. Not to mention the gyoza are fantastic as well! I went around dinner time and it was still quiet and peaceful inside. Came back a few months later to eat the summer ramen and it was so refreshing! Only 20 servings per day though so arrive early

First time I ever had shio ramen. I'm more of a tonkotsu ramen kinda guy, but I was starving and just decided to try it out. What a pleasant surprise! I tried their recommended menu and I was very satisfied. Would come back!!! 850 yen for a standard size ramen (a little small for me though)

Pretty good salt based ramen. English menu is available. There is a "limited edition" miso ramen, strong flavor but very very oily. The gyoza has ginger in it and taste good too.

Broiled pork ramen was great- soup tasted faintly of yuzu and isn't too heavy or rich. The broiled pork was amazing though. Not only more flavourful than most other ramen places, but when I picked it up with my chopsticks it falls off in chunks because it was so tender. Tsukemen broth has a layer of oil sitting on top which I'm not fond of. It's in a quieter part of the neighbourhood and has alcoholic drinks. English menu is available and you order via vending machine. Much nicer than that other popular chain store ramen which I won't name...

The pork is amazing!

Broth miso chicken is just excellent, for those you like it, come have a look!

Awesome ramen and dumplings made fresh. The Jazz music was pretty cool too.

Everything was just Perfect. Nice, local, cozy atmosphere and the best gyoza ever.The pork is in the bbq before ramen. So tasty.

Super yummy ramen.

It was the first ramen in Tokyo. It was a small restaurant. But the taste of a soup was great. I appreciated it a lot. the price was reasonable. For the basic ramen it was 750yen, 1080 for added pork and an egg. The service was polite and professional.

Third visit for the third year to Tokyo. Best Tsukemen ever eaten.

Delicious ramen with pork. Also had very crisp gyoza with my meal. Worth trying the whiskey and soda with yuzu. Definitely hit the spot if you're in the area.

I liked it so much, I ate here twice. Definitely one of my top ramen/tsukemen experiences thus far. I loved that they grilled the pork to order on a little charcoal grill - it came with nice crispy edges. The shio broth was light and crisp and was garnished with yuzu peel. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we didn't have to wait for a seat either time, but there were plenty of other patrons slurping away.

Super cozy ramen place. We keep coming back. Delicious soup, tender meat and jazz in the air, yet not turisted at all. Cheap as well..

Ordered the Salt Tsukemen with Extra Roast Pork(1200yen). Broth was not rich like the usual tsukemen but there is still depths of flavour. The noodle texture was probably the best i have ate. Chewy and lots of bite to it. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Roast pork was good. There is the lean cut and the fatty pork belly cut. The lean one was quite dry. But both were full of charcoal fragrant.

Tsuke-men with roasted pork is very good.

Good taste and cheaper than other meals of nearby restaurants! Living in Sakura hotel we ate for ten days here.

Delicious ramen. Tiny and busy shop with no nonsense efficiency and groovy jazz in the background. Been twice so far and we’ll be back!
